The Representation Our District Needs
Our founding fathers adopted the phrase e pluribus unum as their way of uniting the 13 original colonies. Currently, our country is more divided than ever before. Indiana’s 6th Congressional District needs a leader who will work to find common ground between the parties and preserve this nation for generations to come.
A Vision For The Future
As a parent of two children, I want to improve the country and world we live in, not only for myself, but also for my children and future generations. I believe in the Clean Water Act & Clean Air Act and a balanced budget for our nation.

Actionable Issues
As an attorney, I believe in and abide by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I believe that We the People applies to everyone, not just the billionaires currently in power. I promise to listen to my constituents & work for change.

The Value of Experience
Over my nearly 20 year law career, I have worked with countless individuals from all walks of life who have suffered at the hands of giant corporations. I believe in fighting for what’s right according to our Constitution for everyone.

About Nick
I am a lifelong Indiana resident spending my entire 46 years here. I graduated from Indiana University with my undergraduate degree and continued my education graduating from McKinney School of Law. Currently I am a practicing personal injury and wrongful death attorney working hard to remove the last remnants of the Ku Klux Klan laws still part of Indiana law and protecting the right of the Marines harmed by poisoned waters of Camp Lejeune. I have a strong sense of right and wrong and I credit both my father and step-father both for instilling the love of the law and right and wrong in me.
In my free time, I enjoy doing all the things a dad does with his kids from days at the park to watching and helping with their extra-curricular activities. I’m also busy building my forever home on a piece of farmland in Camby. So, I ask you, help me get into this fight. Help give me the voice and the office I need to secure our Hoosier way of life— a way of life that values respect for our neighbors, common sense policy, and the opportunity to work hard and do well. I believe in those values and I believe Washington could use a whole lot more of it. Let’s teach them together.
Mission & Values
As a lifelong Hoosier Democrat—that Hoosier part is important – my idols are not progressive crusaders but pragmatic statesman. People like Lee Hamilton, Dick Luger, Mitch Daniels, and Birch Bayh. You’ll notice I name a couple of Republicans there. That’s because Hoosier values have always stood for practical, common-sense, good-hearted governance, regardless of party. Or at least it once did, and I believe it can again. I am a fighter. And that is why I feel I have been called to service. Because the fight has been brought to us. I am a small government democrat. I believe government should stay out of boardrooms, bedrooms, and local communities.
Do not mistake me though, I also believe that the national government can do good things for the people of Indiana. For example, our state is first and foremost a state of farmers who work to feed this nation. Without their blood, sweat, and sacrifice our grocery baskets go empty. So why are we crippling their markets with protectionist trade wars and giving 100’s of millions of dollars to billion-dollar agricultural corporations? That money should go to Fayette County farmers not agricultural oligarchs. The federal government has the power to make that change, but not the will to do what is right. I want to be the voice of that will, the voice of hard-working Hoosiers.
“As long as the world shall last there will be wrongs, and if no man objected and no man rebelled, those wrongs would last forever.”
